Customers who cancel their booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour time are eligible for a full refund. All refunds will be processed in the same mode as the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are not eligible for a refund.
Customers can reschedule their tour subject to availability. This must be done at least 48 hours in advance of the original booking.
